Each staff member was absolutely amazing!!!! My daughter and I were both being seen and they made us both very comfortable. My husband has been before and he also spoke very highly of everyone he came in contact with. Neighbors ER will definitely be our 1st choice moving forward. Thank you all for taking such great care of my family and also getting us in and out so quickly.

It was a very clean and pleasant atmosphere upon arriving. Every member of the team was kind, professional and competent. There was no long wait, they take Medicare, and have good, current equipment. It’s great to just need a CT scan and it's right there! Definitely a 10 experience!!

Quick and easy. The wait time was like none, they had us in and out faster than you could have a pizza delivered. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend it.

Neighbors is my go to the emergency center! I love having it so close to home. We’ve been here for COVID testing, my daughter’s dislocated elbow, and when my husband had an IV infection. Every single time we have had phenomenal and efficient service. The staff and doctors are always helpful and never leave a question unanswered. 10/10 recommendation.

Amazing people here, thank you to the front office receptionist lady who was very kind and also the gentleman helping me with my daughter. I didn't get any names but I appreciate you guys. Made me feel good. Open 24 hrs all day everyday, even on holidays they are open to serve you. Thank you for all your help! I will be back (hopefully not soon), it will be my go-to urgent care.

Lady at the reception was extremely helpful and joyful. Nurses were attentive and understanding of my child's needs. Doctor was on a whole different level, very gentle with my kid, communicative and patient. God forbid that I end up going back to the Emergency Room but if anything happens in the future my only stop will be this ER without a second thought. Thank you all for your care.
